Landscape Design

The landscape design and project development works for the project, developed by Cathay Group, were carried out by Betula Landscape Architecture.

Located on an extensive site of 182,000 m², the project was planned to accommodate the expectations and needs of diverse user groups. Bringing together residential, commercial, office, and hotel functions within a unified development, the project was conceived as a comprehensive mixed-use environment where a variety of programs and patterns of use coexist.

The primary landscape design approach is based on establishing a coherent relationship between open spaces serving different functions within a unified and consistent design language. Taking into consideration the architectural organization, user movement, and open-space requirements, a sequence of spatial transitions at varying scales was established, progressing from more public areas toward increasingly controlled and private spaces.

The open spaces designed as part of the project strengthen the connections between building clusters while supporting pedestrian movement, social interaction, relaxation, and everyday use. Through the coordinated use of planting design, hardscape strategies, and landscape elements, a cohesive outdoor character was established across the different areas of the development, ensuring continuity throughout the site.

All project phases, from the development of the landscape design through the preparation of construction documentation, were carried out by Betula Landscape Architecture. The on-site implementation and construction works were undertaken by a separate contractor.
