Landscape Design

The landscape design of the project, developed by Cathay Group, was prepared by Betula Landscape Architecture.

Spanning a total project area of 55,000 m² and designed to respond to the needs of diverse user profiles, the project is conceived as a multi-layered mixed-use development that brings together a range of functions, including residential, retail, office, and hotel uses.

The integration of diverse use scenarios within a cohesive spatial language constitutes the primary design approach of the landscape scheme. In response to the architectural character of the project, user circulation patterns, and the requirements of the open spaces, an exterior spatial framework was developed to establish gradual transitions between public, semi-public, and private areas.

The open spaces connecting the various building functions are designed to support pedestrian movement, social interaction, relaxation, and everyday use. Through coordinated planting and hardscape strategies, a coherent and continuous landscape language is established throughout the project.

The landscape design and construction documentation phases were carried out by Betula Landscape Architecture, while the on-site implementation was undertaken by a separate contractor.
