Landscape Design and Application

Within the scope of the project, developed in collaboration with Architect Cemal Mutlu, the concept design and detailed implementation drawings were prepared by Betula Landscape Architecture. Throughout the project, all landscape components were addressed through an integrated approach, ranging from the determination of building levels and finished floor elevations to the landscape design of shared-use areas and planting design strategies within the villas.

The existing olive grove was preserved as a key design input, forming the fundamental landscape character of the project. Throughout the design and construction process, the existing olive trees on site were carefully relocated and temporarily transplanted. During the implementation phase, they were repositioned in accordance with the developed landscape scenario. In this way, the continuity of the existing vegetation was maintained while establishing a cohesive relationship between the new built environment and the site’s distinctive landscape character.

Following the completion of the design and implementation drawings, the landscape construction was carried out by a separate landscape contractor.
