In the project, where the interior structural works had already been completed, the structural implementation was carried out by a different contractor. The planting design was subsequently developed in response to the existing architectural and structural conditions and carefully integrated into the space.

In order to provide the required soil depth for the planting islands created at floor level, the concrete slabs within the designated planting areas were constructed below the existing floor level during the implementation phase, and the necessary waterproofing measures were applied. To increase the available soil depth and provide suitable growing conditions for the plants, raised planting structures were designed on the lowered floor surfaces. These elements were finished with corten steel cladding, reinforcing the industrial character of the interior.

In addition to the floor-level planting islands, trellis systems and modular planter elements were introduced along the high, continuous wall surfaces. This intervention was intended to soften the spatial impact of extensive vertical surfaces and create a more dynamic vertical green layer within the interior. To facilitate maintenance and access, artificial plants with a high degree of visual fidelity to natural vegetation were selected for these systems.

The planting design was not limited to the common areas but was also extended into the meeting and workspaces. Movable modular planters, together with planter systems integrated into fixed furniture elements, were used to introduce a controlled and continuous layer of greenery into the working environment.

To ensure that the project maintains its intended aesthetic and spatial qualities over the long term, periodic maintenance, plant care, and horticultural consultancy services were also provided following completion. In this way, the planting design was conceived not merely as an implementation-stage intervention, but as a sustainable system intended to remain effective throughout the life of the space.
