Landscape Design and Application

Developed by Cathay Group across multiple phases, the project’s landscape design and implementation were undertaken by Betula Landscape Architecture.

The design of the project’s outdoor spaces aimed to create high-quality landscape environments that integrate seamlessly with the architecture while enhancing the overall user experience. Within this scope, Betula was responsible for the design, detailing, and implementation of various landscape elements, including imported modular planter systems, tensile structures, and timber pergolas.

While the structural works were carried out by a separate contractor, the complementary landscape components—including hardscape furnishings and planting—were developed in accordance with Betula’s design approach. Material selections, planting strategies, and detailing solutions were carefully coordinated and implemented as a cohesive whole.

Through the balanced integration of planting and structural landscape elements, functional and aesthetically coherent outdoor spaces were created, establishing a sense of continuity across the different phases of the project.
